Absolutely shameful what a waste of money and what a rip off. We come into the games nothing is working properly. I spend €50 and buy two cards. Nothing works going to a cinema show. Nothing working then we go to play snooker and the pool queues don’t even have tips, and the snooker table isn’t even flat, it’s an absolute disgrace. It’s the worst activity I have ever done. I feel like I have been robbed and when I complain and asked for a refund on the points that I left on the card I was told that’s not possible. All I can tell you is this place is just a robbery
